Is OP's bank in Maryland? I got a call asking if a charge was fraudulent the other day, but it was a bot from my bank. It's never been a human in recent years. I couldn't even get to a human to ask a question this time, although in the past I've been able to connect to a human.
I also got a text at the same time.
