Then you know lots of powerful people get away with very bad behavior and the threshold for those powerful people actually being terminated is very high.
I haven’t seen this. Perhaps I’m just lucky, but it’s tough to get away with anything in this age.

As an in house counsel who has been involved in many investigations, terminations and lawsuits, I bet anything that there is another side to this story. It’s inexcusable that anyone be called the n-word but we don’t really know what happened. I feel bad for him, he's got a he'll of a bio. WestPoint, top law school and Covington. I don't know what happened but it sounds like at least in part he has some mental issues he is going through.
