First, I want to put this out there. The Realtor (tm) did a great job of getting the out of control yard to look normal. All street crossers and left-turn-makers are very happy with the yard changes.
Second, I think the price is too high. What is it? A sweat equity situation? A sub-let money maker? If yes, ok but who with 1.2M is going to want it?
Is it a tear down? Not at 1.2M, I don't think and while the lot is large, it's on a curb which makes the ...thingies larger (how far back from the street the building needs to be..setback?)
Third, why didn't the current owners go one extra step and re-finish those wood floors? I think it would have shown a lot better.
Finally, I hope it is obvious, I am not a relator, or the realtor, nor am I in the market but this forum can be downright snarky and fun.
