Go and be a host in a restaurant. You can also be a floor manager without much experience. I like my gig, but I don't need money and want to go into hibernation.

Drive Uber/Lyft? Trader Joe's? Costco? A home goods store -you could work there through the New Year and get good discounts on gifts for people.
