This is the way. I'm still on the starter dose (and staying here until I stop losing weight), which is $350/month.

No, zepbound is a name-brand, non-compounded tirzepatide.

Don't panic until the end of the year. Price could very well go down again with new meds coming to market.

+1. Can you afford $500 a month, OP?

Maybe try the vials pp posted above and stretch it out. I am on 2.5 maintenance dose every 12 days or so. If you can do it just twice a month, combined with networking perhaps, it will be approx 250 a month. Play with dosage per vials and timing

My insurance will stop covering it in 2026 (except for diabetics). Without insurance, it is $1300/month. I am so nervous. Anyone else in this boat and have a plan?

Perhaps it is now time to stop? Seems the mediation has worked and now it is time for you to put in the work and keep up the healthy lifestyle.

Oh dear God shut up

Ro has it for less than that per month. But they also have a monthly membership fee of some kind now that is around 145$/month for doctor access, so it may add up to the same $500 as a PP mentioned above.

WW has it, likely for less. Conversely, you could shore up your diet and exercise regine, titer yourself down (if possible) and stretch out your remaining supply, again if possible.

That's not affordable for a vast # of people who rely on the med.

It’s $500/month if you buy vials (vs pens) directly from Lilly. My insurance has never covered it so this is what I do.
