I don’t know why you think that. The alleged union related violations are not the cause of action of an individual. And employers are free to terminate employees who don’t have a contract for any reason except a discriminatory one. So not sure why you would think governmental restructuring would give someone a reason to sue.

But to answer your question employment cases can take a decade to wind their way through the courts and appeals.

The current administration is really putting a ton of money in the pockets of employment law firms. How long will it take the courts to work through these cases? I suspect it will be well into the 48th administration.

Now is a good time to be an employment rights attorney.
