Could you please share your experience with OTES? What was the kids' level of Spanish and English by the end of 5th grade? Were kids fluent in Spanish? Does TWI approach affects kids' English level in comparison to English-only program?
We are looking for a new home in the OTES area, and deciding whether to enroll in OTES or Rock View ES? We prefer for our kids to have strong English reading skills by the time they enter MS. Thanks!
