It’s dependent on the school - it seems. Ours has an electronic registration and concussion, indemnity and other forms signed electronically but VHSL has to be dropped at the office.0

For the physical form, I usually uploaded photos, saved as a .pdf, and emailed them to the admin in the activities office. There was also an separate online registration/concussion education module that DC completed.

Woodson asks you to drop off hard copy forms.

Our FCPS school has an electronic registration and a separate email to send the form. You don’t send anything to coaches. Check the athletic website for the school. Or call the school and ask.

What school? At Yorktown, you have to register online and submit the forms online before you can go to any practice or Green Day. The coaches had nothing to do with it.

Ask the coach for a contact at the school and email the form to them.

Do most schools have a website or email link to submit them electronically, or do I need to bring a hard copy into the office? Hoping not the latter as I am traveling for work and my son starts sports practice next week.
