The international aspect will add a complication to your suit, OP. You should consult an attorney.

The comment about the male co workers needing it more is problematic and potentially actionable, especially with the other color (btw, that admin and the male co worker will likely not back you up- people don't want to get involved). So it really depends on the co and their style. Some co will throw some money at you for a strongly written letter (or you can file a complaint with your states division of human rights) but some will fight to the death (which you do not want to do).

You can't sue.

I'm coming back to this thread to see if OP answers any questions on nationality.
Also if OP is friends with C-suite it sounds like she doesn't actually want to damage the company (sue) but retribution for these harassing executives (firing). If that's the case, and c-suite intervened/knew, they would have done that already.
It's very confusing.

Is any of this in writing? If it’s a large company wouldn’t they have policies in place for some of the issues you bring up? What you describe sounds much more mom and pop vs large corporation

If you are seriously thinking about it, write down every single I code t you can recall in detail. Identify and gather all supporting documents. Identify anyone who would testify for you.
Often what I see when people claim harassment is an overreaction to performance criticism and/or a couple of comments that probably shouldn’t have been made. But as people ruminate, it gets to feeling bigger. So in order to get a real evaluation of your potential to successfully sue, you need to give your prospective counsel detailed information. Doing this will save you and them a lot of time.

Good luck with that. I would move on. Unless you just want to prove a point and have the money to do so.

Very difficult to prove, talk with a lawyer who may be willing to send a scary lawyer letter to which they may settle for $20k just to make you go away (lawyer will charge more than that), or, they may fight you because they are the big bad company with lots of money and time, and you do not have endless amounts of cash to continue the process

What would you sue for....sexual harassment? Not sure that you just saying these things would warrant a lawsuit. You need proof.
Also, you left the company so not sure what you hope to gain.... just money?

What nationality is this man, OP? Noti mplying that all men from that country behave like this, of course, but when you say EU, I'm curious. A lot of EU countries have the same rules of workplace harassment as the US.

I had a horrific end to my last job. My boss actually told me that I should not get a raise because my two male coworkers “needed it more”. Then later that year, he physically cornered me, told me he was going to “take care of me” and then started following me around and wouldn’t leave me alone until a male coworker gave him a look. It was so bad a secretary hung up a sign saying do not disturb to protect me.
This company had a pattern of male executives (this guy) from the foreign company HQ (this guy) come to the US and harass women. Should I sue them?
The problem is I am still friends with the c suite, who did try to intervene on my behalf (they had an investigation opened and took this guy out of my line of reporting) but EU laws are so pro employee they weren’t able to do much.
Anyways, this is a very profitable company. I feel like I was run out by the harassment. Should I sue? Has anyone else done this?
