Generous financial aid is not likely to help most DCUM posters.

DC is keen on SLACs but we weeded out those that don’t give any merit.

Makes sense. Our family only makes $110k and we had impeccable financial aid.

Ours didn’t apply to a single state school, no interest in big colleges. Who attends? Students looking for a smaller environment and have a broad interest in the liberal arts.
