I'm a 51 y/o who just had my first stress test due to high blood test results. Unfortunately, the doctor is on vacation for three weeks, so all I have are a few numbers but no interpretation from her until she gets back. My METS score is 12.2, and I was on the treadmill for just over 12 minutes until I reached my maximum heart rate. I'm not able to find much credible online about how to interpret, but I think this is good? Most of the online articles just talk about positive and negative results and maximum hear rates, and I didn't get that.
