If you do c. Expect them to unapprove your vacation. Most companies have policies not allowing PTO after notice is given.

B. Wait til Monday- this is my work anniversary and the day will start with a company wide email about it and everyone "replying all" about how much they value me (awkward)
C. Give 2.5 weeks notice tomorrow before her vacation
To make it worse, another colleague unexpectedly gave notice this past Friday and they have already asked if I'd be willing to train for that role and i feel so disingenuous carrying out those conversations this week ugh.
Option C is the right call.
