Yes we are seeking legal advice too. But don’t want to pay any fees for basic queries. I hope i get a lawyer who helps low income families.
Cheapskating on legal advice is rarely prudent; it is even more dangerous when the consequences of a miscalculation can be disastrous. Elder lawyer fees typically are pretty reasonable for an initial consult and planning assessment. Expecting anyone to work for free is unreasonable, although an initial query might be no charge.
