I am active in general, exercise, and have at home weight routine so I do need fuel and I want to eat fruits and vegetables for my health.
Curious if anyone ( only my age or older) has or is facing this, and suggestions on what you have found fuels you the most ( healthily), do you rely on supplements or maybe a smoothie, etc. and is this feeling normal. Thank you.
It’s normal for appetites to dip with age, try 2 bigger meals without snacks and see if your appetite for those meals improves.
I’d focus on whole food proteins, not smoothies or supplements.
