The closet is… bigger than a coat closet. There’s that! She will have to keep most of her clothing at home and do swaps when she visits. I think we will have to use lots of stick on heavy duty hooks she can hang stuff on. But it would be nice if we could hang shelves. I will share the plywood/pegboard idea with DD. She’s craftier than me and could handle that.
She wanted to live in the city and she can get to work easily. First apartments! She’ll have lots of memories/laughs after she moves out.

You could use floor to ceiling poles that hold the horizontal shelves or whatever rails she needs.
Personally, I would just nail and screw as needed into the wall and spackle and paint the holes on moveout.
