You can make a dip. It’s good but only half the people will love it.

What do you put on with the kabobs? Tomatoe? Pepper?

Anything you want. Pineapple, par cooked potato, rings of par cooked corn.

We do rice bowls with grilled salmon and a peanut sauce. Add your own toppings - peanuts, veggies, etc.

Also grilled served on buns with aioli

We put a flavorful seasoned salt on salmon and bake in oven. I find the cedar thing not very flavorful, plus people overbake.

Cajun seasoned catfish in a pan.

Flounder in some kind of lemon sauce, I don't like a cream sauce but you might.

Seared scallops.

My playbook is fish fillets grilled, fried or in oven but all same in that is piece of fish and some kind of sauce on it. Only other ways I know to serve is to chop fish and make fish tacos, ceviche or fish wontons/rangoon. Any other more interesting ways to present and serve the fish? Wanting to shake it up.
