We got an ASD diagnosis from a psychologist in the MoCo Infants and Toddlers program and it was accepted by insurance for services.

Isn't there a category for autism in special education? I think a friend's kid got a diagnosis through an IEE and then they increased the IEP services.
DP. That's an educational diagnosis, but not a medical diagnosis.
Another reason schools often do not have the ADOS is that the materials kit is $2800.

Anonymous wrote:Sure - the autism clinics do this. KKI etc. school can do it as well as part of an IEP eval. Although I’m not sure how well trained they are.
