A leather backpack is great if you want your back to be super sweaty. Not lightweight either.

In terms of a name brand for business purposes, Tumi.

I have a few backpacks and this is my favorite by far:

The built-in laptop sleeve can just barely fit my 16" Macbook pro, but handles my 13" Macbook air easily. The larger cargo compartment can accomodate a second laptop of whatever size you need, plus chargers, etc. And it's durable and good looking. If you care about such things, people complement me on it frequently.

I have a Gregory backpack (from REI) that I love. It's cute, light and holds a lot. I use it for work and then also for active stuff with my family.

Honestly any backpack can do this, especially if you carry your lunch separately. Do you need it to look nice?

I like this one. It can hold two laptops.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a relatively lightweight backback that can hold two laptops? My job now requires me to have a company laptop and a customer provided laptop and I use public transportation and walk nearly a half mile to/from the bus. TIA.
