LMAO, that's a cruel troll.
Spot reducing is 1800s medicine quackery.

I don't think that will help. It will give strengthen stomach muscles, but it will never close the gap from DR.

I have a similar issue to OP. I was a size 00 when I was younger, but still had a little pooch. It's just the way our bodies are.

It will not completely solve the problem. It will help.

I would rock it and make peace with it. You know you live healthy so who cares if you have a belly?

Yes I do. I also still have some weight I’d like to lose - 15-20 pounds. Hoping that will help somewhat. However maybe I will just end up getting a tummy tuck. I don’t want to live like this forever!

Find a pelvic floor specialist. Work on repairing the separation. Typical ab exercises will make it worse.

Majority of women's bellies are not flat. Period.
Doesn't help you naked, but you can wear undergarments to help flatten your tummy more. Perhaps that will give you more confidence in your appearance?

There is a much more safe procedure, non-invasive, for reduction of belly fat that involves freezing the fat cells in one's belly area (Cool Sculpting).

Google "Non-Surgical ways to remove belly fat" or "non-intrusive methods to reduce belly fat"..

Wasn’t there a celeb recently who had their body kind of destroyed by cool sculpting?

I believe this is Linda Evangelista.

Just for practice, AFAIK. Some publics do it as well (FCPS does not, but I suspect it's related to cost of administration).

Even as a teen/pre-kids, I had a belly (size four, athlete). Now I’ve had three kids and had diastasis recti with my last and I still look four months pregnant (youngest is 2).

I work out - running and weights - 3-4 times a week, limit processed carbs, limit gluten, limit alcohol, limit sugar, and am also active (hike, yoga, walk, swim) - what the heck can I do? I like my body otherwise but my stomach makes me feel self-conscious and schlubby. I also have adenomyosis so think this contributes to the bloat, but would really like to minimize my big belly!

Any and all advice appreciated. TIA.
