I went to my gym at a weird time and it was all teen boys in socks sitting in machines playing on their phones. I went outside and went for a run instead.

They always have an ancient duffle bag that they don’t leave in the locker room, too.

And those same guys never wipe down the equipment. You aren’t one of those, are you?

At our gym it’s often the mom brigade who takes forever on each piece because they’re also chatting away as they do their workouts. So they’re half working out, half having conversations. The older people are usually just doing whatever their normal routine is.

I was hoping this was going to be about something genuinely weird, like the guy I've seen drying his pubes off with the hand dryer.

Most of them are there to ogle women. If they really wanted to work out, at that age they should be able to afford a home gym.

What is it with the 60 and 70-year old men at local gyms? They monopolize work out equipment for 20-30 minutes. I realize they may need a lot of recovery time but do these Boomers have to be so inconsiderate?
