Get an Oura ring for sleep tracking - it’s the best.

I wear an Apple Watch now but wore a FitBit Versa for many years and the sleep tracking (and exercise tracking for that matter) seemed more accurate and more detailed with the FitBit. I will probably go back to a FitBit when my Apple Watch dies as I rarely use the functions that make Apple Watch "better" than a FitBit.

If you just want sleep tracking, a Fitbit might be a less expensive way to get that info.

Yes - the apple watch (the newest one at least) will track your awake time, light sleep, REM sleep, deep sleep, sleep disturbances etc...

I wear an Apple watch and it tracks my sleep, but it'll just confirm that you aren't getting good sleep.

Some people recommend Magnesium, but I found that THC gummies are the only thing that really worked. I have to come off them for a week sometimes so I don't rely on increasing the amount.

Over 60 now and suffering from menopause "sleep"
Many mornings I'm not even sure I slept - not the deep dreamful sleep I enjoyed in younger days! I feel this way maybe once/week now.

Has anyone tried apple watch or other device for sleep tracking? I'm just curious whether I am getting deep sleep or not. Would this device tell me?

We do have other apple products to support the watch but nobody in our household has an apple watch.

TIA
