All of the radio towers are are now loaded up with cell tower pods - some I think are not even being used for radio transmissions anymore.

But the cell pods are absolutely everywhere if you look for them - I guarantee there is a significant pod elsewhere right by Jackson-Reed HS for example so if you are concerned about them you should probably live in the country somewhere and homeschool your kids.

Aerolized rubber particles from cars is almost certainly a more significant health threat than cell towers.

It's common to rent space on them for microwave point to point links. A typical usage might be a back haul connection for cellular or private networks.

I doubt it will cause anymore brain damage than you seem to have already suffered.

If it’s impacting home values then the impact is already reflected in the price. In theory, you don’t want to own when it first goes up…but those owners are the only ones to “take a hit”.

Can’t help you with health risks. It’s not going anywhere.

When checking a house in Tenleytown (https://www.redfin.com/DC/Washington/3835-Albemarle-St-NW-20016/home/9968975), I noticed the tall towers in the background and did some research. Seems the health risk evidence might still be a subject for discussion, and the close proximity to cell towers could affect house values according to some studies. There is some concentration of cell towers around and not sure if this should be a concern for buying houses in this area generally? Thanks!
