And also, if a kid didn't drop time at Divisionals, their previous time from earlier weeks will stand. So you won't see all new Divisionals times down the whole list.

When does MCSL update the times for all stars? There is a message on the website saying the tie breaking rules haven’t been applied yet, but only some of the times from divisionals have been added.
