At his age yes they’re the same. If he loves Minnie buy him Minnie.

If you’re getting training underwear they’re different. Just buy plain ones and get some iron on patches.

I think they’re cut a little differently but I doubt he will notice or care.

My 2.5 year old is insistent that he likes Minnie Mouse, not mickey and wants Minnie Mouse underwear.

He sits to pee and doesnt use the whole in the underwear yet... so its all the same right?
