it's not, really. it says it's eligible per agency policy. agency policy is ad hoc telework only, and only with supervisor approval. since your supervisor for this position will be the guy who took telework away from the entire agency, i wouldn't count on getting much, if any.
So then why do the other positions just say outright NO, while this one says Yes? Obviously there’s a difference.
And if you think that he, personally, took TW away (or was anything other than the messenger), I have a condo in Miami for you.
