into big things, and will often communicate with the business outside of working hours, as if something is an emergency when 99 percent of the time it isn’t. The group he leads (my group) isn’t highly regarded across the co (back office serving back office groups) so I think it’s his way of feeling important, and the male business clients we serve often eat it up.
He’s insisting on a ‘call with London’ at 7:30 AM tomorrow over a tiny contract. I’m annoyed.
