It specifically mentions fasting as a reason, which would cover Ramadan. I hope this makes people's lives easier!

Can you imagine being a manager nowadays and having to deal with and navigate all this crap, less you be accused of violating EE laws, etc. You couldn’t pay me enough. Why does anyone do it? For the challenge?

Satanic Temple! I'll be celebrating all science holidays. Marie Curie discovered Polonium in July and Radium in December so those seem like safe months to telework.

I assume there will be limits. The way I read it Muslims could go back to FT telework for daily prayers. Jews could stay home every Friday etc

For sure! A new perk for my mixed marriage...we get to telework for Jewish and Christian holidays!

I’m agnostic married to a Catholic and suddenly I’m finding Jesus. My family is about to get a lot more devout.

I nearly spit out my coffee when I read this guidance. Suddenly we’re embracing TW for religious reasons?!? Well I’m Jewish and while I’m not going to switch my schedule around to telework every Friday since that would seem plainly obvious I’m taking advantage, I will be using this liberally for Jewish holidays. especially those where we go to services the eve of; if I travel out of town to be with family I can TW from there; on some Fridays where we might to decide to go to Shabbat services. Thank you MAGAs for fake loving the Jews! I’ll take what I can get!

I have been trying really hard to give credit where it’s due in this administration. I think this is a respectful policy and I’m glad it is inclusive of my Jewish and Muslim colleagues (assuming that telework Fridays and telework Ramadan is granted).

Huge telework opportunity? Jews can telework every Friday? The month if Ramadan for Muslims? Each Saints Day?
