Same here. I think I first noticed it during my first pregnancy and the OB shrugged and was like "You can get a one sided augmentation once you stop having kids and breastfeeding." (Which I didn't do, I just got used to my chest being a bit lopsided.) If it's been like this for a long time, it's probably fine.

I get zings and zaps and aches in my left boob and the right one might as well be dead, I never feel anything over there

I think I know what you mean, OP. I feel this way with my right breast, too. Oddly enough, I can flex the pectoral muscle on that side whereas I can’t as easily flex the left. I’m often wondering if this is what I’m feeling.

My right breast always seems thicker/heavier/fuller than the left.
Is this normal? I am noticing it more in perimenopause.
