Agree. HP Speed has been really good but doesn’t necessarily help with running mechanics as directly as a personal training. HP Speed and Speed 2 are really good options, but also think a training is super beneficial, especially as you need to age appropriately strengthen muscles and establish proper running mechanics.Anonymous wrote:HP Elite, FC Training ground False 8.... all these places are just money grabs.
