Like most industries, the men tend to be at the top with dozens of women doing the day to day.

Mostly young, tend to be female, looking for tuition assistance for grad degrees, etc. A few old hands around to make the handful of tough decisions.

Of course there are some who just can’t leave the bubble and become lifers.

One of those jobs where AI will take over in 5 or 10 years. That way schools can process applications 24 x 7. They will keep a few people around to keep up the illusion with school visits and to answer questions when tours end.

Yes, a lot of them are young. Often they are recent grads of the school they are working for.

What are you even talking about. Most admissions reps are young. They’re the first to read applications. Offices have a handful of senior level officers, and a team of young regional reps.
