I don't know much about this case. But the article says he was indicted in January 2023, which was 2.5 years ago. Why did this case not yet go to trial? That seems like enough time for the government to have built a case.

So although he was indicted, we was never convicted of anything. In the article his lawyers say he never received any payment and no unexpired vaccines were destroyed.

Exactly. This doctor and those who participated in this scheme ultimately didn't help anyone and got more people sick.

Incidentally, for those who want to try and muddy the water with bogus "vaccine injury" crap, or to talk about "myocarditis" the reality is that covid itself was 27 times more likely to leave your kid with myocarditis than the vaccine, and most of the "vaccine injury" stuff has at this point been pretty well debunked, identified as having other underlying causes, et cetera. You anti-vaxxers basically just put yourself and others at risk for no good reason whatsoever.

The parents knew, but the recipients (children at the time) didn't know about the scheme, they were given fake shots of saline.

I assume that the patients were receiving the fake vaccines in order to participate in activities that required them. What about other parents who sent their kids to the same activities with the understanding that everyone was vaccinated? People will do the same with childhood vaccines next. That is, if RFK Jr. doesn't get rid of standard childhood vaccinations altogether.

If there is a choice to be made by this administration at least we know that they will definitely make the least ethical and most corrupt one.

Their incompetence is stable, at least.

As long as the patients were aware of and requested the fake shots and fake cards, I'm okay with it. There was some Government overreach during the Covid era thanks to Trump and Biden being awful leaders to have during a time of crisis.
