Never a KIA - Killed In Action.

It's a great car, but it's a cheap Honda knockoff. We seriously debated getting one before getting our Pilot—but decided Kia's track record of quality wasn't as good as Honda's and that's why there's a price difference.

Haven’t seen very many.

IMO it’s the Odyssey. My broke cousin has one and I also have lots of very wealthy friends with one. Those sliding doors are awesome.

Way too big.
Also KIAs are not very reliable.

We bought a Kia Sorrento 8+ years ago (or so, forgetting exactly) and were a little nervous about it but figured at worst it was a good transition car for a third row and if it didn't work out we could get something else at 5 years or so. Well, it's at 150K miles, and it's solidly going strong. Definitely not a low-end car.

But you'd be better off buying what it's a knock off of: A hybrid Honda CRV.

It’s much bigger than a CRV. It’s probably bigger than a pilot. I’ve been in one. It’s nice, but I wouldn’t expect it to last that long.

One of the richest families at our school has one and they have a huge beautiful house. They clearly could afford any car. It makes me want to test drive one because they chose it over all the other cars out there.

No, maybe a Pilot. The Telluride is a 3-row SUV.

My BIL has had a KIA EV6 for about 3-4 years now and he's pretty happy with it.

I have to concur this - - I myself see this vehicle often (as well as other Kias) which have made me confused since I always thought of Kias as kinda low-end cars.

But I am seeing a lot more of them then say…even five yrs ago.

I notice the newer vehicles now have a modern, sleek design which may be why they are becoming more popular w/motorists.

Could the sleek new design as well as the newer KIA emblem be simply lipstick 💄 on a pig or do you think these cars are now built better, than say a Honda or a Toyota even??

No one I know has one. In Nantucket, we see a range of cars, but mostly jeeps.

It’s intriguing to me that people across the spectrum are drawn to this Kia. The Telluride.

Take my personal research for what you will - just my own personal observations.

You’ll see it in Nantucket and you’ll see it in Myrtle Beach.
