Where are the similar stats on the girl's side?
These numbers even if they are true mean little for your own situation because it varies wildly from club to club. This is especially pronounced on the girls side. The top clubs are producing a much higher amount than the rest of the pack.

really only a 1/3 to 1/2 of boys are getting recruited. Part of it is, kids don't want to go to a school that's the size of their high school.
