It's all the computer crap in them now.

A basic vehicle with a good engine and transmission, and some tough vinyl seats, shouldn't be more than about $20,000 brand new. Then they add all the junk which doubles the price.

They have always been that way, upselling extras, but as more tech stuff was created, more gets stuffed into the vehicles now.

That's wild. I've never paid more than 25k for a car, and I never will, I don't care how much I "like" the car.

Jeez, what car do you want? There are plenty of nice cars under 30,000. You don't need top of the line everything.
