Upper level is mostly carpet, so I for sure prefer a vacuum only.
Main level.. you tell me.. wood floors. One tile bathroom (somewhat large bathroom). One room is carpeted. And two rooms have rugs placed over the wood.
1. Does the mop do well to stop spraying on the carpet and rug areas?
2. Does the mop do well on wood floors? I don’t want damage. For me, now, I manually mop with the Libman Freedom mop, and I don’t do it that often.
3. What if there is only 1-foot space between couch and one rug? Just how the room layout has to go. I bet it never mops there? So I would have to use a slim mop or my Libman there anyway?
Oh and our lowest level.. this is where I love the mop idea even though I care the least. It’s mostly finished. It has LVP/really good “fake” wood. It is the best to mop, no damage, but it is huge.
One section is unfinished, concrete.
It gets so dirty from kids, connected to backyard, pet, and because I clean it least often.
I don’t want a 3rd robovac for it, but maybe with mapping, it would get confusing to move one there.
