Launchsp in Rockville is excellent. PT is done in gym facility. The clients include professional athletes.

Point Performance in Bethesda has a shared gym area where all patients are seen and do exercises. Both of my teens have felt comfortable there rehabbing from sports injuries.

They are all over this area. When you go in, first thing you do is do 5 minutes on an exercise bike to warm up. Great for active folks. I've been there many times before.

Does this exist?
My older child has PT orders but the office-style practices I've seen seem so sleepy and not conducive to motivating physical activity. Any recommendations?
