That's not the same as bubble bath.

Urinary problems are probably not because of the bubbles, but because of the bath.

Although kids took baths when I grew up, not showers, and never had an infection, but am aware it's a risk. FWIW my house doesn't even have a bathtub anymore, in a nod to approaching age after a serious fracture involving a clawfoot tub (enamel over cast iron original tub)

Yes. My sister when she was little got a urinary tract infection from the bubble bath. She also had problems with her ovaries/fallopian tubes but I do mot know if that was caused by the bubble baths.

I’ve used Philosophy gels for bubble baths for years without issues. (It’s pricey, but a little goes a long way.) The Frosted Animal Cracker scent is really cute and sweet:

The Vanilla Birthday Cake gel and Fresh Cream lotion are also great sweet/gourmand scents:

Ulta currently has some on sale:

Do people just take bubble-less baths these days?

Bubble baths are never a good idea for females, due to plumbing issues down there. Be sure to shower well afterwards to get those toxins off you.

Boys and men especially are not likely to take a bubble bath either, especially if they come out smelling like daisies, even after a shower afterwards.

Bath bombs are trendier, but expensive.

I think most use shower gel. Bath and Body Works sells a ton of it.

I used to love bubble baths, but you are right, I never hear anyone talking about them.

Epsom salt baths are big. Bath bombs are everywhere.
