Do you care how it looks?
An OEM part will probably fit best on some cars. You might be able to buy that online or at a local dealership. Make sure you get screws with the plate.
If you have an independent mechanic you use, ask them to do it.
Check your bumper for tiny dimples. They might be molded in. Find a handy friend who owns a drill.
I believe I did my own once. Found dimples and I might have drilled holes. Used OEM mount. It's possible I might have screwed the screw directly into the dimple without drilling with a drill.
