I suspect that is lot of it. I work with a trainer 2x a month and he is even surprised that my HR never goes above 90 when I'm doing cardio.

3 mile walking daily

If I eat any more than 1200 calories, it's almost immediate weight gain. Same if I stop walking.


** clarification- thyroid storm was only two months- not 2 years, lol. I am euthyroid now.

I managed to lose 20 lbs last year, but in the last 6 months-not one lb. I don't even understand how I lost the 20, although it took 2 years and two months of an unwanted thyroid storm.
