I would have no idea how to check if other carriers had better service but as that would be a rather substantial and annoying upheaval for suspect return on investment I would need to really KNOW it was great before switching.

you're lucky to not be in a SCIF with no phone you're entire work day.

Ask your coworkers what signal strength they get and what carrier they use. That's the traditional way of checking.

I installed a cellular booster at the old job, but I did have roof access, permission, etc. Our workspace was inside a WW1-era metal warehouse. Even the supervisors were tired of not having cellphone service which is how we got permission.

DP. Might work if only issue is coverage of one carrier. Will NOT work if the issue is a building with a lot of steel. In my experience, steel is more common issue. YMMV.

Cell phone boosters are the answer but you can't get acess to install the antennas that would be necessary.

WiFi calling is your best option if you are allowed to join the WiFi with your phone.

Talk with your mobile phone carrier and see what options they have. Above is a support page for one of T-Mobile's options.

Hi, this is not my area of expertise I appreciate any thoughts/advice.

I have had to return to the office and my office has terrible cell service. I care about Internet more than calling. But both are issues.

Everything I’m seeing online for cell phone boosters has what looks like coax cables and realistically I cannot use anything like that in an office. I can plug something into a wall for electricity, that’s it.

Is there anything I can buy to improve this situation? Willing to drop a few hundred on this for sure.
