Yup, both true. The upshot, I assume, is that the HHI cap on eligibility will come down significantly.

We got the 5k credit for this fall semester already. For future semesters, it will be a nice-to-have but we are not counting on it.

I could be wrong but I think DCTAG is in the still-pending FY26 budget bill. This big ugly bill was reconciliation, a different piece of legislation.
