There's nobody that specializes in that, but any general contractor would be happy to take your money and nod his head for you, which is about what you will get from most people you hire.
Just pay close attention to detail yourself. It's not difficult to identify errors.

Just finished a full remodel in DC and the home passed all inspections. Before I move back in, I’d like someone detail-oriented (ideally with construction or trade experience) to walk through and help flag issues — from small stuff like paint and trim to anything bigger that might’ve been missed.
I don't need an inspection report, but a detailed walk n talk would suffice.
