This is what we did when my daughter needed stroke technique help. Regular lessons with a junior coach outside of team lessons was all she needed.

Op— Her strength is endurance—she plays travel soccer, runs track, and can comfortably handle long distances. Endurance isn’t the issue; it’s her swimming technique that’s holding her back. Her stroke mechanics need improvement, which is why I’m looking for someone who can help her fix that.

For stroke correction I'd do 2x/week private lessons with one of your own pool's summer coaches.
On endurance, if DD is having trouble sustaining the summer race distances, she is probably having trouble sustaining the practices, too (or vice-versa). If her other sports are high-endurance (e.g. soccer), then stroke efficiency is probably an issue for her that lessons will help fix, although not completely and not right this moment. If her other sports are not quite as physically demanding as swim, it will take more time to build the endurance she needs than the summer swim season has left. You might consider a rec-level winter program to get her in the pool 1-2 times per week through the year. It is generally good cross-training for many other sports.
