Maybe back in 2005 that worked. Systems are smarter than that now and will reformat all of the text so whoever does look at your resume will see it.

Lazyapply is a thing you can use and it takes your resume and compares it to job postings and creates custom cover letter and applications it literally applies to 1,000 of jobs for a low price. Just imagine if a 100,000 people were using it to apply 1,000 jobs a day each

What I see is that recruiters contact candidates that they want without having an application. Salesforce just poached my DC, the whole process took 2 weeks. Dc signed the offer today. So the system started to work in reverse. Go figure.
