Also, there seems to be nearly no amenities in this house… It looks like kind of standard builder grade interiors no luxurious master bathroom no pool no lovely outdoor (or indoor for that matter) entertaining space… Just very limited for the price point. Every photo it seems like you’re looking into another house or yard.

Why are there three or four totally separate wood tones throughout the space? Did they have a designer?

I'm getting an industrial feel from some of the finishes which is more dated then modern.

I really don't like the pillar holding up one side - why not just make the garage larger? And I definitely would not want to sit in the area underneath the house, yikes.

Some of it is kind of cool, but some of it seems clunky and somehow reads “BARN,” despite all the white and modern lines

I think your pool of buyers is much smaller for modern even though the price per sq ft may be below the comps.

There is a modern home near Lafayette that has been for sale going on two years.

It’s a flip and it’s crazy that the owner would eat those carrying costs for that long. Believe started near $4Mm and now at like $2.65MM.

For the bold lines the living volumes seem too crowded.

I thought the outdoor sitting area was in a garage. And the lighting feels like a department store

or both? This house has been sitting since January and looks to be a first rebuild for the street. I personally don't like the style and think this was a risky take.
