I had this and vaginal estrogen cream turned it all around. Like a miracle. Haven't had that feeling in years now.

Keeping your nether regions very clean especially after a poop. Wash with mild soap and water, and then use some coconut oil to moisturize the anal region and the vag area.

You can get a prescription for methenamine which is an old school treatment for UTIs. It's also found in lower concentration in AZO preventative treatment pills.

D-Manoose supplements

Switch to a thin toilet paper like Scott's.

Vaginal estrogen cream like above poster suggested.

I would only take antibiotics prophylactically after exhausting all other preventative measures.

I'm going to the gyn and nurse prac to get a handle on my UTIs. If you have gone down this road, what are the options to prevent or be prescribed anything?
