Yes 15 minutes max is more than enough cushion especially that early when there won't be traffic. I'd cut it to 10 personally but have been there many times. It's even easier going north because the platform is on the same side as the garage, so it's like 100 foot flat walk from the garage pedestrian exit to the northbound platform. On the way back south you have to go up and over the tracks to get back to the garage. You'll want to be in the middle-back of the train to be close to the stairs/elevator.
