It just means more class actions suits to achieve the same goals.

lol I wonder how many "you mean that's not my kid" scenarios will occur.

He will lose on the 14th. But, if SCOTUS allows the 14th interpretation to be changed from historical precedence, then this leaves the floodgates open to challenging 2A. I'm all for it.
