My son take has taken weekly classes at Artworks in Bethesda for almost 3 years and did one session of camp last year, which he really enjoyed. It's a wonderful place. Highly recommend. They have locations in Potomac and Falls Church, too.

DS has done classes and camps at CreateArt in downtown silver spring. I'd say they are similar in offerings and teaching. There is also ArtWorks in Bethesda but we haven't tried that yet.

I want to ask if anyone knows any art camps better or comparable than visarts camp? ES aged DD loves to do art, and she enjoys visart camps. I would love to scout more other art camps around that area for next year summer camp sign up idea. Thank you.
