This is great news, though Greenbelt is too far away for us.

FYI the school is also moving to Greenbelt in a couple of years, from its current DC location, though this hasn't been finalized . Schools like St Jerome Institute will become more and more popular as long as public schools and some private schools continue to allow cellphones and keep relying on Edtech. I don't think they'll have any issue enrolling more kids.

Woah! There is a big, and getting bigger, desire for a classical education. EdTech is only pushing more ppl away from the traditional publics AND privates. Love to have more options. We looked at it for our DC but the logistics of the commute just weren't gonna work out.

Also a new Chesteron Classical High School shopping for a location and set to open fall 2026. In the Springfield / Alexandria area.

Though this was interesting. I've been intrigued by their model and considered the D.C. location for our DS but felt uneasy about the school not being established enough. Curious if anyone with firsthand experience has any thoughts on overall experience and stability of the school. Opening a new location seems to indicate stability may not be an issue?
